According to its tarriff, it is not providing services.. please note - if you book:- 1. You have to buy drinking water saperately.. they provide complimentary 500ML for one room but absolutely hot or Hot RO water🥵😡 2. Morning two days we ordered tea.. served after 1.15 hours.. 3. Pathetic service... Every time you have to call three four times to get anything if it is complimentary.. 4. Shower not working 5. Small TV, improper Air-conditioning 6. No Washroom lock from outside.. it is open all time I would not recommend this hotel to anyone Stayed from 10-4-2022 to 13-04-2022 .. room no 211

We visited at 31-12-21 in Ruby in Shamina Hall with our family all the things were ok but the food and the snacks were not of the quality which was expected as we attended previous programmes in RUBY. Fooding was very poor and the snacks were also finished before the dinner and without permission. We were planning again for the mega party for the ring ceremony but now very much disappointed.

A well maintained Hotel, located at a distance of 300 meters from Railway station & just opposite to the old bus stand. Well equipped cozy rooms with excellent hospitality. The interiors of Hotel also very attractive with some antique collection. The staff is well cooperative & courteous. You couldn’t ask for more from this Hotel. Restaurant attached to hotel serves Indian , Mughalai & Chinese dishes. The food is really tasty & best in the area. Hotel also attached with a Shamiana & Pearl Conference / Banquet Halls. Hotel with an ideal location for perfect stay !

Visited Hotel Ruby with my family last year, the service is as slow and the quality of the food was not so great. The only plus point is its location, it is situated in the middle of town just opposite the old bus stand and has lots of parking space. Overall ok place to have food

I stayed for two days. It was a good hotel with courteous reception. Food is good in taste but feel lacking in breakfast. It was not a buffet breakfast. Rooms are good and spacious. Service is not prompt and need improvement. But overall good choice to stay. Good space for parking.
